granton:hub Community Garden is an open and welcoming green space in the heart of Granton. The design and development of much of the space is being delivered as a community project with the help of volunteers; and we already have raised planting beds and seating in place.
The Edinburgh Scrapstore is also on the site. It is a unique resource where scrap materials can be donated, stored, collected and reused by members, including textiles, paper, paint and tiles.
The garden is open for all to use at any time, and every Wednesday we have our weekly gardening drop-in session between 11am and 1pm. These sessions take place come rain or shine, and there is access to Madelvic House for refreshments and toilet breaks. All are welcome, though children must be accompanied by an adult.
Planting beds are also available for adoption by the community, and if you would be interested in looking after a bed of your own, please contact us.
We hope to see you in the garden soon!
