Course overview… Enjoy relaxing and being creative with a therapeutic course in Expressive Mixed Media painting and printing this May in lovely surroundings of Madelvic House.

The course teaches creative techniques by exploring a mix of collage, Acrylic painting and Lino print in a very easy and friendly manner. With a mix of group demonstration and 1 to 1 tuition. Each week the class will explore a range of themes or subjects of creative interest to group and creatively practice using art materials, sometimes common, sometimes unusual.

1^st week – An Introduction of how to blend and use the combination of collage and acrylics.

2^nd week – An introduction to Lino printing and techniques.

3^rd & 4^th week – exploring and experimenting by combining collage, acrylic painting with Lino printing.

Overall, the course is about relaxing, being personally expressive and enjoying the creative process through playfulness. Whilst learning new ways of making art, new ways of thinking about being creative and techniques. And just enjoying a couple hours of relaxation with liked minded friendly people in lovely atmosphere of Madelvic House. Plenty of coffee and tea are also provided during course time.
