Pop up exhibition on 4-5-6 November with Jillian Carol: Balancing Imbalance
A recent ECA graduate from the Intermedia department, Jillian has a varied, experimental practice. One of the areas she is currently focused on is painting. her mixed media works are usually abstract compositions of squares and lines, utilising restricted colour palettes and repetition to explore concepts of balance and imbalance, relating to mental health – a continuing theme within her work. Bold, colourful and eye-catching, these works represent the process of seeking balance and calm within chaos.
