We are pleased to announce yoga classes hosted by Hannah King on Tuesdays 9:30-10:45, commencing 5 July at granton:hub.
This yoga class is slow and steady with a focus on rhythmic embodied movement. The intention is to gently build strength, balance and stability. I encourage participants to explore variations of movement and poses, to listen to their own bodies and find what feels right for them. Expect a slow, steady, practice, a focus on breath and explorations of the roots of yoga. Suitable for all levels but ideal for those new to yoga or those who prefer a gentler approach.
Hannah is a yoga facilitator and peer worker, passionate about the internal health benefits of yoga and using yoga as a tool to reconnect with ourselves, our communities and nature.
