In our February newsletter we offered free bike repairs for a limited number of people in the Granton community as part of the Scottish Cycle Repair Scheme by Cycling UK. The repair service was completely contact free, with Cycling UK arranging for a mechanic to come and pick up bikes from participant’s homes to be taken away, repaired and returned.

We would like to say thank you to Cycling UK and Gamma Transport Division in Stockbridge for repairing 8 bikes/scooters.  All bikes were serviced/repaired with no cost for the owners. 

This was a great initiative to encourage more active and sustainable travel and give a helping hand to get people back on their bikes.
