Yoga returns to granton:hub this November with the start of a six-week block of classes aimed at everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners.
Taught by Leonie Alexander, the accessible hour-long sessions will run every Tuesday evening between November 13 and December 18. Doors open each week at 6.10pm for a 6.30pm start.
All are welcome – even those who don’t know their ashtanga from their pranayama. Classes will focus on flowing sequences of movement and variations suitable for novices, as well as more challenging positions aimed at the more yoga savvy.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if they have one, although there will also be a limited number of mats available to borrow. A big thanks to Emma and Joanna at Lululemon for lending yoga mats for the Hub classes – their support is really appreciated!
Dates for the classes are November 13, 20, and 27, and December 4, 11, and 18. Cost per session is £5, but participants are also welcome to contribute what they can.
