We were delighted to host Scottish Natural Heritage’s Board Reception at Madelvic House in October, where the subject for discussion was Creating Green Infrastructure and Urban Biodiversity.

Our Secretary Louise was given the opportunity to describe the work that’s happening in the community garden, including our weekly Wednesday drop-in sessions and new wildflower nursery.

SNH’s Andy Dorin recently published a blog post about community partnerships in North Edinburgh (which we’re very happy to be included in), which describes the work of Edinburgh Living Landscape on the ‘Square Metre for Butterflies’ and ‘Shoreline’ projects.
