Learn the fundamentals of drawing and painting within a variety of art materials of your choice, from pencils, pastels/charcoal, watercolour or acrylics.
Try out new painting and drawing methods, alternative techniques or styles at your own pace, leisure and enjoyment, with helpful constructive feedback and positive encouragement.
Tuesday Art Club is for adults of all ages and abilities, no experience is necessary. There’ll be free tea and coffee, and you can attend individual classes as well as making a block four-week booking.
About the tutor: Gareth Hutchison is fully qualified and practising artist, with over 10 years of experience successfully teaching both adult education art courses and private classes. The new Granton:Hub Art Club has been developed as a self-directed art program, working at your own pace to build confidence, deciding on your own themes and art materials
